| Appointment Book Network MLT Version- Appointments scheduler designed for use in networked professional practices, business offices and service centers. It displays up to 20 columns on the appointment page with user-adjustable column widths. The MLT version accepts multi-line text entries in the appointment time slots. This allows easy entering and viewing of client appointment details: e.g. multiple clients can be appointed in the same time slots, client as well as service details can be entered together. Provides daily and weekly views, as well as printouts of individual appointment lists. Uses page templates to simplify detailed scheduling of each day of the week. Multiple books can be installed and run side by side to centralize scheduling of personnel working at different locations. Latest version features cell color coding, auto screen refresh, automatic blockout of cells for extended appointments, and enhanced copy/cut/paste/delete functions. Suits medical and healthcare professionals, veterinary clinics, sales and admin offices, legal and accounting firms, engineers, architects, financial advisors, tax and employment agencies, college enrollment offices, student counselling services, automotive and tire service centers, plumbing, electrical and heating services, photography studios, advertising agencies, fashion model agencies, fitness and health studios, etc. |
